BARBARA

I’ve been working out with Morgana for 5 years, and in that time she has helped me develop my strength, flexibility and cardio capacity beyond a level I thought possible.  She has extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, and knows how to challenge people at all fitness levels without risking injury.  Morgana’s sunny disposition and sweet personality create a collegial atmosphere in the Studio, and I enjoy being part of such a friendly supportive group.  I never thought I’d have so much fun working out!  For me, the benefits of exercise include having more energy, having the ability to walk up stairs or long distances without becoming winded or tired, and having the ability to do things like carry groceries, handle heavy objects

or do yard work without difficulty.  Come and see for yourself - you won’t regret it!

BILL

I took an early retirement package three years ago.  Prior to retiring, I had a desk job and had gotten out of shape.  I had high blood pressure and was also having trouble sleeping because of joint pain.  I prioritized getting back in shape as one of the things I’d do in retirement.  Morgana was recommended to me by some of my friends and I’ve been working out with her 3 or 4 days a week since I retired.  

 

The program she developed for me emphasizes strength training, cardio, and flexibility.  I’ve lost weight and kept it off.  My blood pressure has gone down, so I have avoided medication.  I am sleeping well at night because my joint pain subsided as my flexibility has improved.  The other people I work out with have become good friends who support each other’s fitness goals.  

 

Getting back in shape has allowed me to do a wide variety of other activities that require strength and fitness.  For example, I’ve spent several 3 to 4 week periods at my son’s house, making a wide variety of repairs and getting the house back into good shape.  I worked with several guys who are in their early 30’s and they were amazed by my strength and stamina doing construction.  

 

Morgana’s training expertise and encouragement helped me improve my fitness quickly and it was very enjoyable.  I don't think I could have done it alone.

JENNIFER

Morgana is such a talented personal trainer and fitness instructor.  Whether you’re looking for HIIT, TRX, Barre, Yoga or small group training sessions, I highly recommend her.  Morgana personalizes every workout and modifies exercises as needed for each individual.  This has enabled me to continue training despite my tennis injuries.  She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring, helping me to achieve my personal fitness goals.

EVE

I was seriously hurt in an auto accident, and had to spend three months lying down.  I had been having trouble with the arthritis in my knees, but after this period of inactivity I was having so much pain that the doctors were suggesting knee replacements.  As a last ditch effort to avoid surgery I decided to try training with Morgana.  It was very hard at first, but after a month my pain was less, and now, three years later, I hardly ever feel it.  Morgana helped me have a triumph over my fate!  Plus I lost weight and my arms look awesome - YAY!

KATHLEEN

As I have aged, I realize more and more how important staying physically active is.  I’ve always stayed active to some degree but now that I have been taking classes with Morgana I see the huge benefit in working with someone who is knowledgeable in how the aging process can affect a person.  By tailoring my individual preferences and needs through a variety of her exercise programs I have improved my balance immensely along with flexibility, strength and toning.  All of these will greatly benefit me through the aging process.  I have avoided accidental injury a few times and my first response was, “Thank you, Morgana!"
