GROUP EXERCISE begins with a few minutes warmup, often calisthenics mixed with a bit of simple dance.  The balance of the hour consists of various types of weight lifting alternating with short bursts of aerobics.  Abs and core strength are always part of the workout. 


Sometimes we rotate through a series of stations of different exercises, sometimes we all do the same thing together.  Always, if you are in need of special assistance to modify a workout to suit your needs, Morgana will help you with that.  Our workout groups are very congenial and people really look forward to seeing the gang.
