SMALL GROUP TRAINING

You might prefer to work with a partner or a few friends. In small group training Morgana will still assess each of you individually. You may have different problem areas and different goals. Therefore some of your exercises might be separate, but many will be in together. Some people cheerlead for each other, some compete, but everyone laughs.
​
The happy couple at the right have been training together for several years. It's a great way to have fun with a friend or spouse.
