I

Personal training starts with a careful assessment of your current skills and deficits.  Any current or old injuries will be discussed.  You will describe your goals and wishes.  Often the new trainee starts with flexibility training since it is important to achieve correct form to avoid injuries.  Morgana will provide exercises designed with your personal goals and preferences as well as your best development in mind.  She will gently guide you throughout to help you make progress as quickly as possible.  If you desire, Morgana can also help with suggestions about diet.  And you will have fun!
