YOGA

Our YOGA is a bit non-traditional.  We usually concentrate on one or a few body parts, holding poses a bit longer and progressing the pose to achieve real changes in flexibility and range of motion.  It is simultaneously relaxing and challenging.  Yoga is a great complement to strength training and to the repetitive motions of many aerobic exercises.  Plus we explore and practice balance poses to cover the forth pillar of fitness.
