Morgana Asselli Cuomo, a dedicated advocate for holistic well-being, firmly believes in the pivotal role of fitness in enhancing the overall health of individuals. Her journey into the realm of physical fitness commenced at the tender age of 6, when she embarked on a path of ballet. By 16, Morgana was not only engaged in ballet but also sharing her knowledge by teaching ballet and jazz dance to children, igniting her passion for fitness education.


As a lifelong devotee to physical fitness, Morgana pursued studies in physical education and fitness, culminating in obtaining bachelor's degrees in both Fitness and Physical Education from Escola Superior de Educaçao Fisica (ESEFIC).


At her studio, Body By Morgana, she imparts her expertise to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, specializing in personalized one-on-one sessions and group classes.


Morgana's profound interest lies in aiding individuals in aging gracefully, recognizing the significance of physical activity and sports in fostering happiness throughout life, especially in retirement. Her extensive knowledge extends to injury rehabilitation, focusing on the knees, shoulders, hips, and spinal alignment. Beyond addressing specific concerns, Morgana emphasizes a comprehensive approach, incorporating whole-body strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, and balance.


The pillars of physical health—strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, and balance—are central to Morgana's philosophy. She witnesses firsthand the transformative impact, from 40-year-olds struggling due to fitness deficits to vibrant and resilient 70-year-olds. In her training sessions, Morgana prioritizes strength and aerobic fitness while advocating for the integration of yoga to enhance flexibility and balance. Her joy stems from witnessing individuals progress in physical abilities, ultimately leading to healthier and happier lives.

Barbara Forte

Barbara Forte embarked on her Silver Sneakers journey upon retiring in 2014. Having never engaged in regular exercise before, the initial challenges were significant. However, Barbara found inspiration in the supportive and judgment-free atmosphere of Morgana's classes, compelling her to persist. Progressing at her own pace through small steps, Barbara eventually advanced to participating in small group training.


Over time, she witnessed transformative changes, shedding weight, gaining strength, and enhancing her ability to tackle everyday tasks such as carrying groceries, navigating stairs, and managing yard work.


In 2022, Barbara seized the opportunity to become a Silver Sneakers trainer. Passionate about imparting the benefits of exercise, she relishes working with individuals to enhance their strength, agility, and flexibility. Barbara takes pleasure in the camaraderie of the class, continually fueled by the positive spirit radiating from her fellow Silver Sneakers participants.

Mark Devenpeck

Mark Devenpeck, a seasoned yoga instructor, has been a guiding light in the wellness journey for over 17 years. His expertise extends across West LA, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood, where he has delivered transformative classes in Yoga, Meditation, and Fusion. Specializing in Restorative Yoga, Fusion, and Meditation, Mark brings a unique blend of physical and mental well-being to his students.


Mark holds a BA in Dance from California State University, showcasing his deep understanding of movement and body dynamics. Complementing his artistic side, he also holds a BA in Economics from Ithaca College, demonstrating a holistic approach to wellness. Mark's dedication to sharing the profound benefits of yoga has earned him acclaim globally, making him a beacon of inspiration in the wellness community.
